What to bring to the first consultation
The fuller the file, the more concrete our guidance can be. If you have these documents, please attach or bring them:
- The documents behind the matter: contract, certificate of title, administrative decision or any notice served on you.
- The exact date you received the last notice, since limitation periods run from it.
- Prior correspondence with the other party or with the public body involved.
- If a lawyer acted before, the stage of the proceedings and the court hearing the case.
Response times
We answer every enquiry within 24 business hours. If a deadline is about to expire, say so in your message: those matters are reviewed the same day.
What we handle, and what we do not
We handle administrative, tax, real estate, corporate, civil and economic criminal matters in the Dominican Republic. We do not appear before foreign courts, and we do not take individual employment, family or immigration matters; for those we point you to a colleague in the field.
Getting here
The office is in Ensanche Piantini, at Calle Francisco Prats Ramírez No. 12, Edificio Judith, apartment 1-D. There is street parking, with access from Avenida Winston Churchill and Avenida Abraham Lincoln.
